MannaCare caters for wide levels of care on the one site, which gives those who are in need the security of ‘ageing in place’.

We are also privileged to have more than 100 volunteers who donate their time in a wide range of roles and ways, making a real difference to everyone’s lives.
MannaCare is here to help you navigate through the complexities of admission in Residential Care.
We will provide all the necessary information and assist in guiding you through the eligibility processes.
An Aged Care Assessment is completed by an Aged Care Assessment Service (ACAS) representative. The assessment will provide you with an approval to access the services provided through Commonwealth-funded and regulated Residential Aged Care, such as permanent and respite care.
A Combined Income and Asset Assessment is a must for anyone entering Residential Aged Care. Centrelink will conduct an assessment of your income and assets and will determine how much you may be asked by your service provider to contribute to the cost of your care.
Priority of entry is given by MannaCare to those who have lived in the City of Manningham, have family living in the municipality or who have some other close connection with the municipality. Applications may also be considered from older people from other areas.

Following completion of the forms, please send the information to MannaCare via one of the following three options:
- Insert your digital signature and email to email@example.com; or
- Print, sign, scan and email to firstname.lastname@example.org; or
- Print, sign and mail to the Client Liaison Coordinator.
Prospective residents will also need to gather the following documents for their application:
- Current Aged Care Client Record (ACAS assessment)
- Power of Attorney
- Pension and Medicare Cards
- A copy of the “Statement of Residential Aged Care Fees and Assets Summary”. This statement is provided by the federal Department of Human Services (DHS). If you have not yet obtained this statement, go to the DHS website to download the request form.
